Music has always been at the heart of my life – as a composer, conductor, and flautist, but also as a teacher, orchestral school director, and deputy head of a music school.
Over time, I have also moved into project management, board work, and business development.
It may seem like many different roles, but to me, they are all connected: creating, communicating, and developing – whether in the world of music or within a broader organisational perspective.
